Olivia Courser is an incredible women’s health provider with a posture towards gentle care and curiosity. She was extremely communicative during my pap smear to ensure I felt safe, in control, and informed of each part of the process. She also took the time to check in with me about my mental health, something almost all other providers skip over, and held space for me with a loving and productive lens. I felt truly cared for and not rushed in any capacity. Highly recommend!

I can only speak about the prenatal care I received. Every nurse I worked with, whether it was a blood draw or vitals, was incredibly sweet, patient, and didn't mock me (at least outwardly lol) over my fear of needles. But I think the real star is Olivia C. If you need prenatal care, please ask for her. She was of course knowledgeable, patient--since this is my first pregnancy and I really didn't know as much as I thought I did--and she helped with external resources and coordinating with other facilities to get me the proper resources that Chas couldn't provide. I cannot recommend this location and the staff enough for prenatal care.

My regular physician is here and she does a good job with knowing what I need. I've also seen some other people here to help. The nutritionist was a bit condescending to me. Also when filling out a new dental form today I was asked to say what gender I was. It gives a list of different types. You are what you were assigned at birth. I don't think Chas should be pandering to delusion.

I am a recent transplant from oregon with multiple ongoing medical/dental & wellness issues that I was super concerned about transferring care for. Christy B. & ALL the support staff from pharmacy to scheduling and 1/2 a doz specialist referrals HEARD me & every single contact point has been exceptionally friendly and thorough. I am super grateful. It’s taken over a year to get plugged in on all points, but the path has been clear for stellar support. I literally cannot fathom how anyone could give a one star rating for CHAZ on Maple Street or their peripheral partners- they are the best🌈 🌈🌈🌈🌈five rainbows!

I came in for a filling on my front tooth that had a chip to just the right edge/face of my tooth. (after I waited for 45 minutes to be brought back) the dentist drilled through the remaining bone on the side of my tooth that had been chipped and I was reassured it would make the filling stronger. Okay. I wish I was told or given the option? Then the person who did my filling made my left tooth signifigantly shorter than my right tooth to "offset pressure", didnt match the shape to my other tooth, which made me start crying in the parking lot. In the process she filed down my natural tooth on the side that was not chipped, and filed down the back of my tooth to be flat (completely unnessasary) getting rid of my tooths natural curved shape so now my bite feels bad.. I should have been given the option and the education to decide if I wanted to have my tooth shortened and how much. The length difference is so obvious especially with the shape difference. When I went friend said "did they make your tooth shorter??" I understand that this is community care but this was substandard care. Ive had the same procedure done at CBHA and it came out perfect. Im so upset, I dont have the
